St. Augustine Lighthouse and Museum

Have you ever hear of a haunted lighthouse? There are people who claim that St. Augustine Lighthouse is haunted. Some people who have lived there also have died there. Back in 1859 at the first lighthouse a man did fall from the lighthouse. Then after that another man who was head keeper died from tuberculosis on April 1, 1889. His wife the took over as the head keeper. Then about five years later she died at the lighthouse but nobody knows how she died.

For only $25.00 you can enjoy a Sunset Moonrise which happens on each month for 2009, when at night it is a full moon. Enjoy a glass of champagne and some light hors d'oeuvre's which are included for this spectacular view. You do need to call in advance for reservations because space is limited.

If you would like to try your luck at ghost hunting, you can make reservations for the Dark Of The Moon Tour. This tour is $25.00 for adults and $20.00 for ages 7-11. Also, make sure you are prepared to climb up all those steps for that breath taking view! Don't forget to visit the museum so you can take home some treasures!
