Kennedy Space Center

This is a great place to visit where you can tour launch areas, see giant rockets, train in spaceflight simulators, meet an astronaut and even view a launch. The Apollo/Saturn V Center shows what it was like putting the first men on the lunar surface. This gives you a better understanding of how it was back then. If your interested in the real hardware that's getting ready to be placed into orbit around the world then you will like going to the International Space Station. By going to the Launch Complex Observation Gantry you will get a birds-eye view of the space shuttle launch pads. The Kennedy Space Center is located at State Road 405, Kennedy Space Center, Florida 32899.

  1. I would love to visit. My husband lived in FL for 30 year, so he has been all over the state. But there are tons of places I still want to see.

  2. I have always wanted to visit the Kennedy Center. Maybe I will get to if I ever get to that part of the country.
